Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 74.412
ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY ENGINEER FOR A COURSE OF ACTION
RELATIVE TO COMPLETION OP WORK IN THE LARCH HEIGHTS LAGOON SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that certain improvements be made to the
Larch Heights Lagoon 2nd Addition and that the costs thereof be paid for from the
deposit on file with the City from the orininal developer in the amount of $2,956.00
and the balance from the new developers,
Now, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
accepts the Engineer's recommendation contained in his report of September 4, 1974
providing further that the new owners be required to deposit with the City either
in cash or a bond or other security in lieu of cash sufficient to meet the
anticipated expenses for this corrective work beyond the $2,956.00 available from
the City.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared
