Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9 day
of September , 19 74 . The following members were present: ayor i1de.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-410
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT - "MERRIMAC ESTATES"
WHEREAS, Northern Federal Savings has requested an amendment to the Site Plan of
"Merrimac Estates" approved by Council Resolution No. 72-176 on May 16, 1972,
specifically Buildings 3 and 6, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has
recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Northern Federal Savings for an amendment to the Site Plan of
"Merrimac Estates" approved by Council Resolution No. 72-176 on May 15, 1972,
specifically Buildings 3 and 6, is hereby granted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followin, voted in favor thereof. Ma or Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold,
Neils and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
