Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a spqcigl meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9 day of
September 19 74 The follcwing members were present: Mayor Hilde-

RESOLUTION NO. 74-409
WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT OF SECTION 462,358, SUBDIVISION 4, :MINNESOTA'STATUTES AND
SECTION 9.02 OF CHAPTER VII OF THE CITY CODE RELATIVE TO CONVEYANCES BY METES AND
BOUNDS OF PARCELS OF LAND CONTAINING LESS THAN FIVE ACRES, PER REQUEST OF THE CITY OF'PLYMOUTH,,':
WHEREAS, the City of Plymuth has requested a subdivision variance for
Parcel 420, of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14,
Township _148, Range 22, Hennepin County, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends approval, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said {
land into two parcels, one of which Mould contain less than five (5) acres
would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivsilon Regulations of the
City of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such subdivision would create
an unnecessary hardship on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4, Minnesota
Statutes, and Section 9.02 of Chapter VII of the City Code relating to
conveyances by metissand bounds of parcels of land containing an area of
less than five (5) acres is hereby waived with respect to the following
described parcels:
PARCEL A
The north 450 feet of the East 350 feet of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 418, Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, except road. Area: 3.27 acres +.
PARCEL B
' Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township.
118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the following:

of the Northeast Quarter, of Section 14, Township 418, Range'22,
