RESOLUTION NO. 74-407
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT -
WATER SERVICE ON 21ST AVENUE FROM LANCASTER LANE TO KILMER LANE
AND KILMER LANE FROM 21ST TO 19TH AVENUE
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. LAcertainpetition requesting the improvement of 21st Avenue from Lancaster
Lane to Kilmer Lane and Kilmer Lane from 21st Avenue to 19th Avenue by the
installation of water main and necessary appurtenances, filid'WithL the .
Council on September 9. 1974 is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. Tfits declaration is made
inconformity to Minnesota Statutes. Sec. 429.035.
2. The potion is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene. Anderlik and Associates,
rnc, and he is Instructed to report to the Council with all convenient
speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
Improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
3. Staff is directed to research the area to identify other areas not served
In the area ,bounded by Kilmer Lane, East Medicine Lake Road, 26th and
17th Avenues, and which could be included in this report.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
