CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9 day
of; September , 19 74 The following members were present: lmayor Ailde,

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 747406
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT - "REINHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK" a
WHEREAS, Reinhard Brothers. Inc., has requested approval of a Preliminary Plat of
"Reinhard Industrial Park" on 43.3 + acres dated July 24, 1974, and
WHEREAS$ the City Planning Commission has reviewed said Preliminary Plat, and
has recommended approval with amendment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Reinhard Brothers,. Inc., for approval of a. Preliminary Plat
of "Reinhard Industrial Park" on 43.3 + acres dated July 24, 1974, is hereby
granted, subject to the following conditions:
1) That the triangular parcel of land as described by Planning Department
Records dated September 4, 1974 (File A-285) excluded from the Preliminary
Plat be included in said Preliminary Plat and the Final Plat.
2) NG private drive access be permitted onto County Road 61.
3) Before development commences on this project, a Final Plat with Development
Contract must be approved by the City Council.
4) Utility easements as recommended by the amity Engineer be made a part of
this recommendation.
5) That "Hope Avenue" should be changed to "12th Avenue" to conform to the
street naming ordinance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
