Councilman Spaeth- introduced the following Resolution and
-mo--v-e3 its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-404
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT -
MINNESOTA TOOL AND ENGINEERING, INC.
WHEREAS, Minnesota Tool and Engineering, Inc., has requested a
Conditional Use Permit to operate a Tool and Die Operation to be located
at 5465 North County Road 18 in an I-2 (General Industrial) District,
and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request
and recommends approval of same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the .request of Minnesota Tool�,pnd Engineering, Inc.
for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Tool and Die Operation at
5465 North County Road 18 in an I-2 (General Industrial) District, be
granted, subject to the following conditions:
1) No outside storage of waste or materials be allowed.
2) A Site Plan showing parking spaces, fire lanes and landscaping be
submitted to the Directors of Planning and Community Development
for approval, to include a bonding for completion; and that the
completion date be stipulated by the Planning Director.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Nei1 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
