meeting of the City

Councilman Smemeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved s adoption:�
RESOLUTION NO. 74-403
APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY, PER REQUEST OF MURPHY OIL CO.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved the subdivision of
Parcel 268, South Half of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that copies of the resolution approving said subdivision not be filed with the
County until the following conditions have been met:
1) The dedication for right-of-way of 35 feet on the south side of Parcel A and
7 additional feet on the southeast corner of Parcel A.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CQyncilman Mjsils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Tol lowing voted
dinn favor there: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hurst, Seibold.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Med and adopted.
