Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 26 day

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-401
APPOINTMENT OF "COMPETENT PERSON' - STATE PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, the name of Stanley Chubinski was submitted for Council approval of
appointment as "competent person" relative to the testing of electtonic voting
system for the City of Plymouth for the State Primary and General Elections,
pursuant to Section 206.075 of the Election laws of the State of Minnesota, 1974,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the appointment of Stanley Chubinski as "competent person" for the State
Primary and General Elections be approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by a
Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Seibold
r and Spaeth
