CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19 day
of Au ust� , 19 74 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hun,3eibold and Neils
Tfi—elo—ljowing members were absent: CounciTman Spaeth
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move` d its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-399
CIGARETTE LICENSE - DAN ANDERSON/MINI VEND -
3025 HARBOR LANE
WHEREAS, Dan Anderson/Mini Vend has submitted an application for Cigarette License
to the City Council for approval, in accordance with Chapter II1, Section 6,
. Plymouth Cade,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the application for Cigarette License for one cigarette machine to be located
at Fox Meadows 4 - 3025 Harbor Lane, be approved for a period to exptPe December 31,
1974.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed sed and adopted.
