CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19 day
of Au ust , 1974 . The following members were present: Mayor H;idp,

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 74-398
CESSPOOL PUMPING LICENSE - NORTHERN CESSPOOL SERVICE
WHEREAS, Northern Cesspool Service has made application for Cesspool Pumping
License Renewal, which application has been presented to the City Council
for approval, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 16.14, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the application of Northern Cesspool Service is hereby approved
for a period to expire July 31, 1975.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold . and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following vote n favor t ereo : Mayor Hilde. Councilman Hunt. Seibold and
Neils
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
