CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, held on the 19th day
of �Au2ust , 19 74 . The following members were present: yor

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-396
MEADOWLAWN PARK IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Manager, in a report dated August 13, 1974, recommended that the
City proceed with the construction of an ice hockey skating rink and three volleyball
courts on the Pilgrim Lane Elementary School site, and
WHEREAS, sufficient sums were, on February 26, 1974, appropriated for park construc-
tion work on the Meadowlawn Park,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the City Park Department be and the same is hereby authorized to proceed with
the construction of an ice hockey arena and three volleyball courts as recommended
by the City Manager, utilizing ;unds previously appropriated for Meadowlawn Park
improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote beingMataken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
