CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, held on the 19 day
of August , 19 74 The following members were present: ayor Hilde,

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-395
ACCEPTING REPORT AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT - IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 412 -
ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTING: IMPERIAL HILLS ANNEX, SHILOH ADDITION, AND FAIRFIELD ESTATFS
WHEREAS, petitions requesting the improvement of Fairfield Estates, Imperial Hills
Annex and Shiloh Addition, by the installation of ornamental street lichts with
underground wiring were duly presented to the Council on the 15th day of July, 1974;
and,
. WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted July 15, 1974, reports have
been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvements, and the reports
were received by the Council on August 19, 1974;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were stoned by all owners of
real property abutting upon thn streets named as the i:catiuns of the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
August 19, 1974. The petitioners waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for the improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Slibbl�d_ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
