CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was--F-eTT on tF-ie 19 day of

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-394
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 -
ADDITION OF PROJECT NO. 411 (RANCHVIEW MANOR STREETS) TO
PROJECT NO. 305 (VICKSBURG LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT)
WHEREAS. the City Council has approved the plans and specifications for the Street
Improvement Project No. 411, Quantico Lane cul-de-sac in the Ranchview Manor Addition
by Resolution No. 74-394
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has under contract Street Improvement Project No. 305
Vicksburg Lane from County Road 6 to County Road 15, the contractor being Buffalo
. Bituminous, Inc.,
WHEREAS. the City Council has compared the unit prices in the contract for Project
No. 305 and they are favorable as compared to the unit prices contained in the
Preliminary Engineering Report for Project No. 411, dated April 25, 1974 and
WHEREAS. the City Council has concluded that it is in the best interests of the
City of Plymouth to add Project No. 411 to Pfoject No. 305 by means of a change order.
WHEREAS. pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council on June 17, 1974, the
City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of Quantico
Lane cul-de-sac in the Ranchview Manor Addition by the construction of a 7 ton
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T.HE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, are hereby approved.
2) That change orr!r No. 1 is hereby approved wherein the following unit prices
are established for Project No. 411 by the addition of these quantities to the
contract for Project 305:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following voted
against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
