Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota,was held on the 19 day
of Aust19 74 The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt., olid Neils
The following members were absent:, Councilman Spaeth
Coune'-.man Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74- 391
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
PROJECT 305 - VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 1 in the
amount of $10,107.00 to Buffalo Bituminous, Inc, on Project No. 305, Vicksburg
Lane from County Road 6 to County Road 15.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and
Neils
The following voted against or abstained: none
