CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19 day
of August , 1974 . The following members were present:Mavor Hilde,

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-389
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
PROJECT 408 34TH AVE. STREETS
PROJECT 409 36TH AVE. SIDEWALKS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 1 in the
amount of $13,940.15 to Buffalo Bituminous. Inc. on Project 408, 34th Avenue Streets
and Project 409. 36th Avenue Sidewalks.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
• Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor t ereo ager Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and
Neils

Whereupon the Resolution was aeclared duly passed and adopted.
