The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils were ,trk 1r,t* Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-384 SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY OF RESOLUTION NO. 74-383 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved the further subdivision of Lots 3, 9 and 10 and portions of Lots 2 and 4, Block G, Medicine Lake Park Third Division, per request of Harry Marcilliott, NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that copies of the Resolution approving said Subdivision not be • filed with the County until the following conditions are met: 1) That any additional utility stubs in order to connect Parcel B to public water and sewer be installed at the owner's expense. 2) That a payment of $150 to the Park Dedication Fund be made. 3) That the deferred assessments that are against either parcel be made a part of record and collectable at this time. T e motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by .n i , and upon vote being takrn thereon, the following vote n favor t ereof: ayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and 10 1 s isfollowing vote against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
