Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ` regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19 day of August , 19 74 The following members were present: Mayor ilde, Councilmen Hunt Seibold and Neils T'fTowing mem(rs were assent: Councilman Spaeth _ Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-382 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CHASE METALS CO. WHEREAS, Chase Metals Co. has requested approval of a Site Plan dated June 20, 1974 and a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Manufacturing Operation to be located on Lot 8, Block 2, "Circle Star Business Center 2nd Addition", and WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended approval, . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Chase Metals Co. for approval of a Site Plan dated Aug. 19, 1974 and a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Manufacturing Operation to be located on Lot 8, Block 2, "Circle Star BuLmess Center 2nd Addition", be hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: 1) Approval of the Final Plat for "Circle Star Business Center 2nd Addition". 2) All storage of waste, garbage and materials be within the building. 3) The east drive wi11 be two-way and the west drive will be "out only" onto 27th Avenue North. 4) Additional landscape materials be provided along the southwest side of i:he building subject to Staff's approval, and a landscape bond be posted with a completion date established prior to the issuance of a building permit. 5) Additional area for parking be reserved on the north and west side of the building and to be hard -surfaced as needed. 6) Recommendations of the Fire Chief relative to placement of fire lanes ane fire hydrants be a part of this recommendation. 7) Recommendations of the City Engineer relative to storm drainage be a part of this recommendation. 8) Recommendations of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission be made a part of this recommendation, i.e. $1,495 ($500 x 3.89 acres). 9) That no sign is approved with this site plan. 0 • RESOLUTION NO. 74-382 Page 2 The mot' nor the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmao Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
