Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on thi 19 day
of August , 1974 The following members were present: Mayor

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-379
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - CAROL A. BROMAN
WHEREAS, Carol A. Broman has requested Renewal of her Conditional Use Permit
to operate a Beauty Shop ir, her home at 4055 Glacier Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
has recomended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the request of Carol A. Braman to renew her Conditional Use Permit
to operate a Beauty Shop in her home at 4055 Glacier Lane be approved, subject
to the following conditions:
1) That the Conditional Use Permit be revia4ed on an annual basis.
2) That the beauty shop operation be limited to one beauty operator, i.e. the
petitioner.
3) That no signs be permitted on the exterior of the building.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution.was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
