Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a - special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 12th day
of August , 19 74 The following members were present: mayor

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
.moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-377
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT FINANCE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that a senior accountant position is
required in the City's Finance Department, effective during 1974, and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds have not been previously appropriated for this purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the City Council hereh, appropriate from the contingency to the Finance
Department salary and wage account such necessary funds as may be needed to
hire one additional senior accountant for the Finance Department,
,AND, BE IT HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED that the senior accountant position shall
replace one Account Clerk I in the Finance Department personnel allocation.
