Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rhe alar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day
of August , 1974 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Hunt, 'SeffboWiR Spaeth
e following members were absent: Councilman fleils
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-375
APPROVING CIGARETTE LICENSE FOR JOHN F. GORMM , JR.
WHEREAS, John F. Gorman, Jr. has submitted an application for Cigarette License
to the City Council for approval, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6,
Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNL7L OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the application for Cigarette License for one cigarette machine to be located
at LinFor, 15600 32nd Avenue North, be approved for a period to expire December 31, 1974.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fblloi,ing Voted in favor thereoT.7%yor Hilda. Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and
Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
