Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held o� n the 5th day
of August , 1974 The following rembers were present: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Hunt.-' and Spaeth
The following members were absent: 70 -u -n -CM -a -5 -Neils
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-373
DISBURSEMENTS FOR PERIOD ENDING JULY 31, 1974
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending July 31, 1974 was presented
to the Council for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that payment of the list of disbursements for the following funds is approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund $345,334.69
Construction Fund 36,096.36
Water Fund 18_,706,28
Sewer Fund 50,073.38
First National Bank of Minneapolis
Special Assessment Fund 501,150.84
Grand Totals All Funds $951,361.55
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed -and adopted.
