R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-136
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A S TORMWATER M AINTENANCE
A GREEMENT FOR 2915 N IAGARA L ANE N ORTH
WHEREAS, Chris Garcia, representing Nu Aire, Inc., has requested the City to approve a
stormwater maintenance agreement for the long-term maintenance of the stormwater pond and
raingarden at 2915 Niagara Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the stormwater maintenance agreement requires the property owner to
perform maintenance of the stormwater pond and raingarden; and
WHEREAS, the subject properties are legally described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Volp
Industrial Park.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the stormwater maintenance agreement at 2915 Niagara Lane North is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 14th day of April, 2020.
