R ESOLUTION A PPROVING J OINT P OWERS A GREEMENT WITH I NDEPENDENT
S CHOOL D ISTRICT 284 FOR THE P EONY L ANE AND S CHMIDT L AKE
R OAD I NTERSECTION I MPROVEMENTS (ST200004)
WHEREAS, the City and Independent School District 284 have worked cooperatively to address
safety concerns in the project area; and
WHEREAS, a Joint Powers Agreement with ISD 284 has been prepared in which ISD 284 and
Plymouth have agreed to improvements in the area of Peony Lane at Schmidt Lake Road as detailed in
the final design plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Joint Powers Agreement between the City of Plymouth and ISD 284 for the Peony
Lane and Schmidt Lake Road Intersection Improvements is approved and the Mayor and City Manager
are authorized to execute the Agreement and any Amendments to the Agreement.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 14th day of April, 2020.
