R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-129
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING 2020 R EFUSE H AULER L ICENSE
WHEREAS, the City has received application and payment from Le Page and Sons, Inc., 23602
University Avenue Northwest, Bethel, Minnesota, for a Refuse Hauler License; and
WHEREAS, the required license fee has been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that a Refuse Hauler License is approved for the period April 15 through December 31, 2020
for Le Page and Sons, Inc.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 14th day of April, 2020.
