R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-127
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING AN E NCROACHMENT A GREEMENT FOR A
R ETAINING W ALL ON P ROPERTY LOCATED AT 5375 F OUNTAIN L ANE N ORTH
WHEREAS, Amaranatha Reddy and Kavna Subramanyam, property owners, have requested the
City of Plymouth to approve an encroachment agreement allowing an existing retaining wall within
drainage and utility easements at 5375 Fountain Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the owner’s properties are legally described as:
Lots 12, Block 1, Aspen Hollow 3rd Addition
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits only the retaining wall within the easements
and all related facilities must meet all applicable City codes; and
WHEREAS, as stated in the encroachment agreement, if the City requests that the structure
needs to be removed in the future, it will be at the property owners’ expense.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that an encroachment agreement allowing retaining wall in the drainage and utility
easements located at 5375 Fountain Lane North is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 14th day of April, 2020.
