Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �regu._l r meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day
ofAuqust l 7g_. The following members were present: Mayor
tlmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth
We' fol lowing members were absent: councilman Neils
�Q^uncilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption. •
RESOLUTION NO. 74-363
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-315
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council did, on July 1, 1974, adopt Resolution No. 74-315,
calling a special election for submission of the question of special licenses for
Sunday sales of intoxicating liquor,and
A
WHEREAS, date of such election was established thereby for September 10, 1974,
concurrent with the State Primary Election, and
WHEREAS, the City is now in receipt of.a request that such election be called instead
for November S. 1974, concurrent with the General Election,
NSW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Resolution No. 74-315, adopted July 1,1974, be hereby rescinded.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
