Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-362
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT -
AMCON CORPORATION (TENANT: CHASE METAL CO.)
WHEREAS, AmCon Corp. has requested a Conditional Use Permit for Chase Metals Co.,
as tenant, to operate a Metals Distribution and Processing Plant in an I -I District
located at Niagara Lane and 27th Avenue North in the proposed "Circle Star Business
Center 2nd Addition."
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of AmCon Corp. for a Conditional Use Permit for Chase Metals Co.,
as tenant, to operate a Metals Distribution and Processing Plant in an I -I District
,located at Niagara Lane and 27th Avenue North in the proposed "Circle Star Business
Center 2nd Addition" be approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of the Final Plat of "Circle Star Business Center 2nd Addition".
2. Approval of the Site Plan covering the particular location on which this plant
will be constructed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncilman S aag h , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
