Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-361
SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE FET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 74-360
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved of the Division of
Lot 2, Block 10, "Elmhurst" requested by Terrance Sonneman.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that copies of the Resolution approving said Subdivision shall not be filed with
the County until the following conditions are met:
1. A cash donation to the Park Dedication Fund in the amount of $150 be paid.
2. Any new sewer or water connections be made at the owner's expense.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
