Council ?f the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 5th day

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-359
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT -
GREENWOOD BAPTIST CHURCH
WHEREAS, Greenwood Baptist Church has requested Renewal of their Conditional Use
Permit to operate a Day Care Center at their site at 3120 Dunkirk Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY EESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Greenwood Baptist Church for Renewal of the Conditional Use
goPermit to operate a Day Care Center at their site at 3120 Dunkirk Lane be granted
for a period of one year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
