Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 74-368
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT -
PLYMOUTH BAPTIST CHURCH
WHEREAS, Plymouth Baptist Church has requested Renewal of their Conditional Use
Permit to use a temporary steel building for temporary classrooms on their site
at 13030 - 47th Avenue North.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Plymouth Baptist Church for Renewal of a Conditional Use Permit
to continue the use of the steel classroom building located at 13030 - 47th Avenue
North as temporary classroom be approved for a period of two years, subject to
receipt of the executed easement dedicating 60 feet of street right-of-way as
stipulated in Council Resolution No. 73-71.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
