Pursuant to due call and notice hereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth . Minnesota. �as ie on n tie 5th day

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
Moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-357
APPROVING CONDITIONAL. USE PERMIT -
CONTINENTAL TOOL AND ENGINEERING CO.
WHEREAS, GRO Corporation has requested a Conditional Use Permit for a tenant,
Continental Tool and Engineering Co.. to operate a tool and diemaking operation
in their building at 9700 - 10th Avenue North located in an.I-I District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of GRO Corporation for a Conditional Use Permit for a tenant,
Continental Tool and Engineering Co., to operate a tool and die making operation
in thair warehouse building at 9700 - 104!h Avenue North be approved, subject to
the condition that no outside storage of waste or material be allowed as part of
this operation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Qo ibotd , and upon vote being taken thereon. the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
