Councilmen Hunt. gi_bold and Spaeth _ ine T0110wIng memoers were aosent:_ Councilman Neils *** �► *ter Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-356 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - GRO CORPORATION WHEREAS, GRO Corporation has requested a Conditional Use Permit to fence an open storage area at 9718 - 10th Avenue North in an I -I District. NOW, THEREOF, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the request of GRO Corporation for a Conditional Use Permit to fence an open storage area at 9718 - 10th Avenue North in an I -I District be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The storage yard within the fence be surfaced with an all-weather dustproff surface. 2. A variance be granted to allow the fence to be eight feet in height. 3. The fence enclosing the north, west and south side of the storage area be an eight -foot high chain link fence with colored plastic stripping to conceal the stored materials from the residence and from adjoining property. 4. All open storage on the site of the principle building be removed from the setback areas and parking lots. 5. The permit shall be for a period of two years, at which time it shall be reviewed with the thought in mind that if the condiiions still exist, more permanent arrangements shall be made for the storage of this pipe.
