Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day

.Councilmen Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-355
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

WHEREAS, Jackie Ann Hair Stylists, Inc. has requested a Conditional Use Permit
to operate a Beauty Shop in a B-3 Service Business District at 3510 Kilmer Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Jackie Ann Hair Stylists, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit
to operate a Beauty Shop in -a B-3 Service Business District at 3510 Kilmer Lane
be granted subject to the approval of a Site Plan by the Planning and Engineering
Staff, and subject to the following conditions:
1. That a landscaping plan be approved.
2. A definition of parking spaces, and general clean-up of grounds.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
