Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day

Councilman Hunt _ introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 74-354
APPROVING SITE PLAN - UNCLE JOHN'S FAMILY RESTAURANT
WHEREAS, Uncle John's family Restaurant has requested site plan approval for a
restaurant in an I -I District at the southeast corner at State Highway 55 and
Annapolis Lane,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Uncle John's Family Restaurant for site plan approval be granted
10 subject to the following conditions:
1. That a proper landscaping plan be submitted for approval.
2. That no outside storage be allowed.
3. The recommendations of the City Engineer relative to easements and storm drainage
be made a part of this recommendation.
4. The recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission be made a part
of this recommendation in that there be a cash donation.
5. Recommendations of the Fire Chief relative to the placement of fire lanes and
fire hydrants be a part of this recommendation.
6. That a sign plan be submitted for approval to the staff to conform to ordinance
requirements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman S a th , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

The following voted against orabstained: Councilman Seibold
