Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-353
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
UNCLE JOHN'S FAMILY RESTAURANT
WHEREAS, Uncle John's Family Restaurant has requested a Conditional Use Permit to
operate a restaurant in an I -I District at the southeast corner of State Highway 55
and Annapolis Lane,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Uncle John's Family Restaurant for a Conditional Use Permit
to operate a restaurant in an I -I District at the southeast corner of StateHighway
55 and Annapolis Lane be granted subject to the granting of the necessary right-of-
way for the service road to the north of said property and Annapolis Lane. whatever
is required.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
T ftilman Soae h and upon vote being taken thereon, the
wing vote navoravor`thereof: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Seibold and
Soaeth
Me following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paesed and adopted.
