Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on t e 5th day

Councilman Hunt introoiced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-351
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR 'MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK
THIRD ADDITION" AT THE REQUEST OF CARLSON COMPANIES
WHEREAS, Carlson Companies, Inc. has requested Preliminary Plat
Approval for "Minneapolis Industrial Park 3rd Addition" dated June 21,
1974, located generally east of Interstate Highway 494, north of proposed
County Road 15, west of Xen;im Lane and south of the Chicago Northwestern
Railroad tracks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the request of Carlson Companies, Inc. for Preliminary
Plat Approval for "Minneapolis Industrial Park 3rd Addition" dated
June 21, 1974, located generally east of Interstate Highway 494, north
of proposed County Road 15, west of Xenium Lane and south of the Chicago
Northwestern Railroad tracks be approved subject to the following
conditions:
1. Hennepin County Road 61 road alignment as shown on Alternate "C
Proposal be adopted for this Mat.
2. The dedication of 60 feet of right-of-way from and along the center
line of CSAH 61 and 50 feet of right-of-way from and along the center
line of CSAH 15.
3. The recommendations of the Engineering Department relative to ponding
requirements be made a part of this aprroval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing vote infavor thereof: ayor Hilde, Councilman Hunt.
