RESOLUTION NO. 74-348 _
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, COMBINING PROJECT NOS, 307. 406 AND 407,
FOR PURPOSES OF BIDDING, AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the Council on April 15, 1974. the
consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc, has prepared
plans and specifications for the improvement of the following-

Promo ect�307 - T.H. 55 Frontage Road (Radisson inn Frontage Road) between
nnaA polls Cane and Kenium Lane and 24th Avenue North between Zinnia Lane and
Xenium Lane by the construction of sanitary sewer, water main, stonn sewer,
nine ton street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances;
Pro ect 406 - Storm Drainage Improvements for District BC -42, as shown in
e orm ainage Plan for Plymouth. Minnesota, March 1473, by the construction
of; storm drainage pipes and all necessary appurtenances
-Pro ect 407 - 25th Avenue between Magnolia Lane and approximately 1150 feet
wes regf by the construction of bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter
and all necessary appurtenances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE_.CITY OF PLYMOUTH
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official: paper
and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of
such improvement under such approved plansandspecifications. The advertisement
shall be
,published for two days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state
that bids will be received by the Clerk until 10:00'A.M. on August 16, 1974 at, .
which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall located at 14900 23rd Avenue North, by the: City Manager and the City Engineer,
will then be tabulated and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 P.M. on
August 19; 1974 in. the: Council Chambers; and that no bids will be consideedd
' unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
