RESOLUTION NOr 74-346
INCORPORATING CONDITIONS OF RESOLUTION N0. 74-345 AS AN AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT
CONTRACT - LOT 1, WILLIAMS WOODS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has permitted construction of a
-.house on Lot 1, Williams Woods, and authorized installation of a private disposal
system to serve said lot. per Resolution No, 74-345, adopted July 22, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the conditions set forth in Resolution No. 74445 be incorporated as an
.amendment to the.Development Contract entered into by both the City and.the
;-
petitioner relative`to Lot 1, Williams Woods.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly, seconded by
Councllman Hunt , and upon vote being taken "thereon, the
