RESOLUTION N0. 74-345:

PERMITTING CONSTRUCTION OF A HOUSE+ON:LOT 1, WILLIAMS WOODS, AdD

AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION, OFA PRIVATE DISPOSAL SYSTEM TO SERVE SAID LOT
WHEREAS, the developer of Williams Woods, Mr. William Williams, has requested a
building permit and private sewage system for Lot 1, Williams Woods, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has, by Resolution No. 73355., placed restrictions on said
Lot l relative to future development and private sewage disposal systems, and
i"WHEREAS,
Mr. Williams is requestsng that he be allowede to construct a home on Lot 1
with disposal in
a private system as much as the date for construction of City
sanitary sewer service to serve said property has "not: been determined and is con.-

WHQREAS, an engineering report of William H. McCombs, datdd August 23, 1973, indicates
the 6i.Vis.neceptive to.a private disposal system for Lot 3, Wi111ams Woods,
,NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF -PLYMOUTH:
`-that Mr". William Wi111ams be permitted to construct a house on Lot 1, Williams
Woods. and be further authorized to install A private disposal system to serve said
Iot subject to the following:
1. Me. Williams furnish the City an updated report fddicating the, soil can adequately
handle a second private system, and if,itscan.
2. The design of the proposed system.
3. When City sanitary sewer is available to Lots 1, 2 and 3 that the private

for Lot 1 and 3 be discontinued and the dwellings be connected to the
