Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved:

RESOLUTION NO. 74-343
ACCEPTING BID VICKSBURG LANE PROJECT NO. 305
WHEREAS_, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of Vicksburg
Lane from County Road 6 to County Road 15 by the installation of grading, base'.
bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, stone drainage facihities and all
necessary appurtenances, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to
law, and the follming bids werereceivedcomplying with the advertisement:

the lowest responsible bidder,
NOM;.THE REFORE', BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMDUTHt
1 The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed.to enter into the attached
contract with Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. of Buffalo; Minnesotain .the name of the
City Of Plymouth for the improvement of Vic .
Vicksburg Cane from County Road6 to
County Road 15 by the insta lotion of grading, base,,bituminous surfacing,"
concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities and all necessary appurtenances
according to the plans and specifications. therefor approved by the City;.Council
and on file in the office of the City Clerk, -'for the 16W bid price, including,
alternates-; in the amount of $389,033.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized ane -di rooted to return forthwith to a1,1 bidders
the deposits made with . their bids except that the deposits of .the successful'
bidder and -the next lowest.bidder shall be. retained. until a contract hasheart-signed,;
