AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A NEW BOND RATING

WHEREAS the City is: soliciting bids for the sale of Public Improvement Bonds,
NOW; "THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
tfiat ahe Gity Manager be directed to apply to Moody's InvestorisServicp�-for a bond
rating for the proposed bond issues.
