Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was a on the 15th day
of July , 19 74 , The following members were present: mayor
Hilde. councilmen RIM Se Eo -Td and Spaeth
WHEREAS, the City Council, on May 20, 1974, voted to establish a Plymouth Crime
Prevention Committee, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Clarke and Police Chief Calvin Hawkinson have formulated a
proposal for Council review and approval, and
WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said proposal,
.NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the proposal for a Crime Watch project be adopted, AND FURTHER, that the
City Manager be instructed to take $aSBO from the Contingency Fund to initiate
the programa
