CITY OF PLYMOUTH ' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular� meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tie 15th day of July 19 74 . The following members were present: to or Hilde. Councilmen Neils, Seiboland Spaeth The tollowing members were absent: Councilman Hunt Councilman_ Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved — its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-333 AUTHORIZING THE MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT TO PROCEED WITH C.R. 73 - T.H. 55 IMPROVEM& WHEREAS, the Minnesota Highway Department has submitted the results of the bid opening for Project S.P. 2723 - 50 (T.H. 55 - 188) for the intersection improvements at T.H. 55 and South Shore Drive County Road 73, and WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved by resolution the cooperative agreement No. 57520 for the above referenced project subject to the City's right to review the bids for the sanitary sewer line which is to be constructed across County Road 73 and, WHEREAS, the Minnesota Highway Department has received bids for the above referenced improvement and has calculated the City's share is $29,939.26, and WHEREAS, the City Council desires moving ahead with said project, NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, 1. That the Minnesota Highway Department is authorized to proceed with the above referenced project including the sanitary sewer crossing. 2. That the City of Plymouth's share based on the low bid is $29,939.26. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the financing for this project shall be as follows: General Fund - Contingency Account - $ 6,524.53 Sewer Account 21,894.59 Water Account 1,520.04 TOTAL The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Council- man Neils, and upon vote being taken there6n, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
