RESOLUTION NO. 74-332
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT M THE CITY OF NEW HOPE RE STORM SEWER BENEFIT,

AND PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR 49TH AVENUE PROJECT'
AND A 60" LINE UNDER 62ND AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City of New Hope has requested that the City of Plymouth participate
in certain Storm Drainage Improvements constructed in the City of New Hope,
Projects 270 and 271; and
WHEREAS, the 'City Council of the City of Plymouth has determined after engineering
studies that said City of New Hope Storm Drainage Improvements No. 270 and ;271 do
benefit certain properties within the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has agreed to pay to the City of New Hope a total of
$24,263:87 as Plymouthts share of said ONew Hope Storm Drainage Improvements; and
WHEREAS. the City of Plymouth is desirous of spreading these costs on an equitable
.assessment basis to those properties within the City of Plymouth benefitting'
therefaeal,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that:
1. The City Manager Is authorized to Pay to the City of New Hope the sum of $24,263.87
from the Construction Fund (401-401-810).
2. The City Manager is to prepare an assessment roll which would include the following.
49th Avenue Prodect - This would benefit the New Hope District.
City Payment to New Hope $13,041.60
+ 6% administration 652.0$
