` Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota. was held on the 15th day

Councilman Selbold introdoiced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 74-330
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT -
FAIRFIELD ESTATES STREET LIGHTS
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. .A certain petition requesting the improvement of Fairfield Estates by the
installation of ornamental street lights with underground wiring, filed with
he Council on July 15, 1974, is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made
in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of owners of property affected thereby and they
waive their right to a public hearing.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way .as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with son other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
