Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-329
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT -
SHILOH STREET LIGHTS
BE If HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
.1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the Shiloh Addition by the
installation of ornamental street lights with underground wiring, filed with
the Council on July 15, 1974 is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affedtad thereby. This declaration is made
in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of owners -of property affected thereby and they
waive their right to a public hearing.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth .and upon vote being taken thereon, the
