Councilman Seibold introdoiced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 748328
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
IMPERIAL HILLS ANNEX STREET LIGHTS
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:'
1: -A certain petition requesting the improvement of imperial Hills Annex by the
installation of ornamental street lights with underground wiring, filed with
the Council on July 15, 1974, is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This dc

in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the owners of property affected thereby and
they have waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The petition Is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and, as to
_ whether it should be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve.
