Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was _held on the 15th day
of July , 19 74 . The following members were present: M ayor

The following mem ers were absent: vouncilman Hunt
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. _A certain petition requesting the improvement of Xenium Lane from the Minnesota
Industrial Railroad -to a point approximately 1600 feet south by the construction
of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer and 9 ton street and all necessary
appurtenances, filed with the Council on -July 15, 1974 is hereby declared to
be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby.
This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the owners of property affected thereby.
3. Thb petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderllk and Associates, Inc.
and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising
the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement and the estimated cost of, the improvement is recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
