Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 15th day
of' July 19 74 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introdoiced the following Resolution and
moWd its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-325
LOT CONSOLIDATION - STEVEN C. WESTLEY
WHEREAS, Steven Mestley, owner of Lots 13 and 14 Block 4, Klausman's Addition,
has requested that the existing parcels be consolidated, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the consolidation of said lots
which contain less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the purposes of
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that such Consolidation
would Make a conforming lot while at present both lots are non -conforming due to
their width,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
as follows:
1. CoMpliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4 Minnesota
Statutes, and Chapter VII of the City Code as related to the div;:ion or
consolidation of platted lots is hereby approved with respect to the following
described parcel:
The east 8o feet of Lot 14 and that part of Lot 13 1y1 west of
Hennepin County Road 18, all in Block 4, K1ausMan's Addition,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
2. The City Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this Resolution
for recording purposes.
for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Spaeth , and upon. _vote being taken thereon. the
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Passed and adopfid.
