RESOLUTION NO. 74-324
SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEM'LICENSE - MARTY BROS.
WHEREAS, an application for Small Disposal System License frau Marty Bros. has been
presented to the City Council for approval, in accordance with Chapter III, Section
6, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Small Disposal System License be approved for Marty Bros. for a period to
expire April 30, 1975.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
